Exposing The True Identity of the So-called Arab-Palestinians

Exposing The True Identity of the So-called Arab-Palestinians
There are some modern false belief - or more exactly, lies- that we can hear everyday through the
mass-media as if they were true, of course, hiding the actual truth. For
example, whenever the Temple Mount or Jerusalem are mentioned, it is usually remarked that is “the
third holy place for Muslims”, but why it is never said that is the FIRST Holy Place for Jews? It sounds like an utterly biased information!
In order to make this article easier to comprehend, it will be presented in two units:
·1) False beliefs and facts concerning the origin and identity of the so-called Arab-Palestinians;
·2) False beliefs and facts regarding Jerusalem and the Land of Israel.
I – Origin and identity of the so-called Arab-Palestinians
Arab-Palestinians are the newest of all the peoples on the face of the Earth, and began to exist in a
single day by a kind of supernatural phenomenon that is unique in the whole
history of mankind, as it is witnessed by Walid Shoebat, a former PLO terrorist
that acknowledged the lie he was fighting for and the truth he was fighting
against:
“Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became an Arab-Palestinian?”
“We did not particularly mind Jordanian rule. The teaching of the destruction of Israel was a definite part of the curriculum, but we considered ourselves Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem. Then all of the sudden we were Arab-Palestinians – they removed the star from the Jordanian flag and all at once we had an Arab-Palestinian flag”.
“When I finally realized the lies and myths I was taught, it is my duty as a righteous person to speak out”.
This declaration by a true Arab “Palestinian” should have some significance for a sincerely neutral
observer. Indeed, there is no such a thing like a Arab-Palestinian people, or
an Arab-Palestinian culture, or an Arab-Palestinian language, or an
Arab-Palestinian history. There has never been any Arab-Palestinian state,
neither any Arab-Palestinian archaeological find nor coinage. The present-day
“Palestinians” are an Arab people, with Arab culture, Arabic language and Arab
history. They have their own Arab states from where they came into the Land of Israel about one century ago to contrast the Jewish immigration. That is the historical truth.
They were Jordanians (another recent British invention, as there has never been any people known as “Jordanians”), and after the Six-Day War in which Israel utterly defeated the coalition of
nine Arab states and retook legitimate possession of Judea and Samaria, the
Arab dwellers in those regions underwent a kind of anthropological miracle and
discovered that they were Arab-Palestinians – something they did not know the
day before. Of course, these people having a new identity had to build
themselves a history, namely, had to steal some others’ history, and the only
way that the victims of the theft would not complain is if those victims no
longer exist.
Therefore, the Arab-Palestinian leaders claimed two contradictory
lineages from ancient peoples that inhabited in the Land of Israel: the Canaanites and the Philistines.
Excepts taken from reliable sources.
P.S.
How many holidays do the Arabs celebrate
due to historical events in the land of ancient Israel.
The Jewish people celebrate most of their holidays and fast days in memory of
and the goal and aspiration to return to Israel
and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem
– where it was before it was destroyed and desecrated by the enemies of the
Jews. Many of the Jewish prayers for thousands of years recite the love of Israel
and the Jewish aspirations to return to their ancestral land and bring back its
glory and holiness.

Israel's in her ancestral land - SOVEREIGNTY IN THE ADMINISTERED TERRITORIES
The principle ex iniuria non oritur ius operates in international law to the effect that no legal claim to territory can rise out of an illegal aggression. Professor Stone examines the application of this rule to the competing claims of Israel and Jordan in the administered territories. In his conclusion, he draws upon the writings of Professor Stephen Schwebel, now an eminent judge of the International Court of Justice
The Self-Defence Principle
The basic precept of international law concerning the rights of a state victim of aggression, which has lawfully occupied the attacking state’s territory in the course of self-defence, is clear. And it is still international law after the Charter, which gave to the UN General Assembly no power to amend this law. This precept is that a lawful occupant such as Israel is entitled to remain in control of the territory involved pending negotiation of a treaty of peace.
Both Resolution 242 (1967) and Resolution 338 (1973), adopted by the Security Council after respective wars of those years, expressed this requirement for settlement by negotiations between the parties, the latter in those words. Conversely both the Security Council and the General Assembly in 1967 resisted heavy Soviet and Arab pressures demanding automatic Israeli withdrawal to the pre-1997 frontiers. Through the decade 1966-67, Egypt and her Arab allies compounded the illegality of their continued hostilities by proclaiming the slogan “No recognition! No Peace! No negotiation!” thus blocking the regular process of international law for post-war pacification and settlement…
Israel's territorial rights after 1967 are best seen by contrasting them with Jordan's lack of such rights in Jerusalem and the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) after the Arab invasion of Palestine in 1948. The presence of Jordan in Jerusalem and elsewhere in cis-Jordan[1] from 1948 to 1967 was only by virtue of her illegal entry in 1948. Under the international law principle ex iniuria non oritur ius she acquired no legal title there. Egypt itself denied Jordanian Sovereignty; and Egypt never tried to claim Gaza as Egyptian territory
By contrast, Israel's presence in all these areas pending negotiation of new borders is entirely lawful, since Israel entered them lawfully in self-defence. International law forbids acquisition by unlawful force, but not where, as in the case of Israel's self-defence in 1967, the entry on the territory was lawful. It does not so forbid it, in particular, when the force is used to stop an aggressor, for the effect of such prohibition would be to guarantee to all potential aggressors that, even if their aggression failed, all territory lost in the attempt would be automatically returned to them. Such a rule would be absurd to the point of lunacy. There is no such rule….
International law, therefore, gives a triple underpinning to Israel's claim that she is under no obligation to hand back automatically the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and Gaza and the Golan Heights to Jordan or anyone else. In the first place, these lands never legally belonged to Jordan. Second, even if they had, Israel's own present control is lawful, and she is entitled to negotiate the extent and the terms of her withdrawal. Third, international law would not in such circumstances require the automatic handing back of territory even to an aggressor who was the former sovereign. It requires the extent and conditions of the handing back to be negotiated between the parties.

  1. Any Israeli leader promoting the uprooting of Jewish Towns, Villages or Settlements is a traitor to the people of Israel.
Any Jewish leader authorizing the uprooting of Jews from their homes in Greater Israel
should be prosecuted for crimes against the Jewish people and ejected from office permanently.
Under all the Treaties and agreements after WWI and the 1920's. It states: Jewish people have the right to settle and live anywhere in the Mandate for Palestine.
Throughout history, Jewish people have been persecuted and uprooted from their homes and lands in the world at large.
Now that the Jewish people have returned to their ancestral lands and are resettling it. Thus it is the ultimate crime
against the Jewish people to uproot them from their own homes in the Jewish homeland by a Jewish government.

  2. To posit we are fighting a "war" against Islamic terrorism is nonsense. r1
The purpose of war is to take the heart out of the enemy by striking his strategic assets, his leaders, high-tech control networks, and any major weapons systems. Wiping out his cities and populations has long been a strategy that takes the fight out of enemies, endangers leaders and keeps them looking back over their shoulders. Our blood and treasure has been directed against their ignorant foot-soldiers and relatively small arms caches. The question which demands an answer is, why do we spend $millions to wipe out penny ante soldier-leaders and their cheap weapons?
We have embarked upon this course because our leaders fear losing political power in a government "system" they have learned to master. Thus, the military action they chose is just enough to show they are "trying". The real motivation is to be "politically correct", thus, maintaining the status quo and position of power in a Big Government which allows people large compensation, benefits, and privileges. These leaders who are only concerned with political agendas need to be dumped for leaders who know how to totally destroy an enemy.
Fear and greed are two of the greatest motivators which control man who is driven by survival genes that brought him thru long hardships on the planet. Terrorists are following the ages-old techniques of earliest "primitives". By being viciously cruel and savage, they inspire disabling fear in any surviving competitor. The terrorist's greed for power and privilege is easily directed back to his savage nature. Fear is removed in him by the false religious leader-driven conviction that there is honor and reward in killing innocents, and dying for Islam.
Since there are few strategic physical assets or major control networks, we have to attack what's left, the terror driving leadership. We attack the secular leaders, but fear that attacking the source of religious terror, in the mosques, will paint our leaders as savages, not the elite image they want. They "fear" to fight positively.
The easiest and most effective strategy would be to induce great fear in their religious leaders of them losing their power and lives. If a force of unknown origin focused on the quiet disappearance of the most vocal and incendiary clerics that incite terrorism, there would not be foot soldiers to carry out the hate and terror. To quote Sun Tzu in The Art of War, "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting". Thus, if you cut off the many heads of the terrorist groups, there would be no terrorist groups to wage a war against.

  3. Discrimination and racism in Israel is no more or no less than anywhere else.
    Let's look at the facts.
The whole world is sympathetic to Arab-Palestinian nationalism but not to Jewish nationalism.
That shows irrational and twisted world opinion and antisemitism.
There is also much jealousy of Jews and their accomplishments in the face of adversity.
No other country has withstood murderous enemies and yet still be so successful.
Europe's economies are failing, it's "multicultural" experiment of integrating Muslims, is failing,
Arabs blackmail the world with oil (although OPEC's power is waning),
Arabs have not contributed anything to humanity for the last 600 years.
Muslims are contributing to 95% of the conflicts worldwide.
Iran has the world's highest rate of sexually transmitted diseases leading to
    the world's highest infertility rate.
If Iran cannot replace its population, then Persian civilization is on its way out.
The Islamic world is in chaos. Lack of good leadership, infighting and terrorism.
Islamic leaders are the worst abusers of their own people.
The Muslims are the true racists. Any one who is not Muslim is an infidel.
Look at what's happening to minorities in Muslim countries. The Jews have been expelled, and now the Christians.
The world is too afraid to combat this mentality and terrorism, so it is just easier to blame Israel and the Jews for the world's problems. Same story as in past history.
Yet, many countries in the world - Brazil, Japan, India, New Zealand, Norway, China and Russia and more -
all have growing trade relations with Israel.
As long as Israel makes what the world wants and the world is willing to pay for it, to hell what these biased countries think.

  6. Media accuracy and unbiased reporting must be enforced r1
It seems the Media cannot regulate itself to present a true and honest reporting.
Responsible and honest reporting has been replaced with ambiguous confusing and illusory news reports, with no regard to the consequences. Facts and sources are not properly verified and an inaccurate unsubstantiated news story gets released to the public, that may cause substantial harm.
Why is the Media not charged with incitement?
Why is the Media not punished
for staging a scene? They pay some individuals to throw stones at soldiers in
order to film a reaction and sensationalize the episode with distorted
fabricated reports. There are numerous staging of events by the Media that
incite hatred and violence. Should the reporters and their management not be
charged with incitement? Where is the professionalism, neutral and unbiased
    reporting?
What has happened to ethics in Journalism? Has Social Media added a new
dimension to honest reporting? Can we overcome distorted Social Media for
accuracy? How can we verify instant Social Media images from being
photo-shopped? Can we impose responsible Social Media without affecting the
    freedom of speech?
Whether we like it or not, the masses are influenced by the Media, could you
imagine how children and young adults absorb the Media hype, regardless weather it is truth or illusion. The damage is long term and may not be reversible.
Children are very impressionable, they think what they see on TV emulate real
life, which we know is distorted and make believe, they carry these illusions
as reality which affects their future adversely.
The Media reporting must be neutral, unbiased, balanced, objective and
impartial. Violators should be subject to fines and criminal charges if people
suffer due to intentional distortion of reports or intentionally slanted to
deceive or promote favoritism that escalates into violence and or cause harm
    and or financial loss.
When a Media outlet intentionally distorts and misinforms the news and events, it should forfeit the right to free speech and free press and face the music.
In the past decades Media outlets have expanded the creation of sensationalism to promote readership and revenues. These types of reports many times intentionally distorts the facts and true dimension of the report. Thus creating more dissension and crisis that leads to violence and death.
It seems that the Media today has no emotion, no compassion. Much of the news is choreographed for the sake of sensationalism and rating. Which comes down to dollars and financial gain. Society today is so hungry for money, power, instant gratification and glamour.
Is there a chance of going back to honor, honesty, integrity and fighting for
truth and justice the old American way. Overcoming false showmanship and
artificial presentation. Broadcasting truth and reality, thereby regaining
    public trust in the Media?
This very same rebuke and standards must be applied to our elected government officials.
A change for the better must be initiated and it must start at the top.

If Arab countries would assimilate and care for the "Palestinian"
    refugees, as Israel did
for their million Jewish refugees from Arab countries, there would be no
refugee problem. Instead they use the refugees as political pawns in their
    struggle against Israel. No
Arab country that wants "Palestinian Arabs" in their country as they
would rather use the "Palestinian Arabs" as pawns rather than
assimilate them into their populations and bring peace to the Middle East.

  7. The Arab-Palestinians staging their true
    intentions about Israel
How in the world can you be so foolish
and self defeating, dear Mr. Mahmoud Abbas aka Abu Mazen, to go on record
stating that, once you succeed in having an Arab-Palestinian State – as you are
ceaselessly striving to do – to have the Jewish land you are after turned into
a Muslim dominated Arab-Palestinian state, you will not permit one Israeli man,
woman or child to remain living in what once was the very biblical heartland of
the Jewish people? Is it not enough that the Arab countries have expelled over
a million Jews from the Arab countries and confiscated their assets and land,
5-6 times the size of Israel. Is it not enough that
the British took away 80% of Jewish allocated land on the east bank of the Jordan river and gave it to the
    Arabs as their new state.
Don’t you realize that, by making such a
stupid remark, you have let all Israelis know and the world at large – if they
didn’t already know - that you are not really interested in living in true
peace with them; that you are only using the so-called peace process to arrive
at your Judenrein State of Arab-Palestine – a state which, by its very
anti-Zionist nature, will become a well-placed stepping stone for the entire
fanaticized Muslim World from Iran to the Sudan to use to achieve the ultimate
goal of most Muslims and Arab-Palestinians: the final eradication of the
sovereign Jewish democratic state from your midst?
What if Israel’s prime minister were to
announce to the world that the price for a two state solution is that all Arabs
now living under the sovereignty of the State of Israel need to leave and be
made citizens of your to-be-formed Arab-Palestinian state? How would you react,
and how would the world react, to such an announcement, which would mirror
completely the one you just dared make concerning the Jews who now live in
    their own historic land?
    With your reprehensible declaration you
have foolishly (for you) proclaimed the end of all peace negotiations, even
with many among the Israelis who were duped into believing your intentions! Now
we know. All you want to do is use the Europeans and Americans (and I am an
American) for is to pressure little Israel into undoing what your Arab friends
themselves brought about by their announced wish, as voiced by Abdul Nasser,
and many other Arab leaders to drive the Jewish people into the sea. Remember,
it was in this war of Israeli self-defense that Jordan lost the so-called ‘West Bank’ (Judea and Samaria).
For many Israelis this land – illegally
occupied by Jordan from 1949 to 1967 – was
part of their ancestral land for over 4,000 years. By joining Egypt at the
outbreak of the Six Day War (against the appeal of the Israeli government,
“please do not do so, do not attack Israel”) Jordan lost the territory to the
people who, by divine decree, once owned it, and will own it now for eternity.
And now you, Mr. Abu Mazen, dare to say
that, while the Arabs can live in Jaffa, in Haifa, Acre and all over Israel,
Israelis who live in their Hebron, in their Gush Etzion, in their Shiloh, in
their Beth El, in their Samaria cannot live among you – not even one – when it
becomes an Arab- Palestinian state? What he fails to inform the world, that the
Arab states expelled over a million Jews from their countries, confiscated all
their assets and Real estate (5 times the size of Israel) most were
    resettled in Greater Israel.
The same applies to Jordan which was allocated to
the Jewish people in 1920. Jordan has a policy of no Jews
are allowed to live there. I am astounded at how the world overlooks this distinction.
    The outright discrimination against Jews.
But when it comes to Israel. The Arabs expect the
rights to buy land anywhere and live anywhere. Israel's population is about
20% Arabs. What percent of Jews are there in Jordan or any Arab country
    today for that matter.

  8. The
    Arabs keep demanding the West
    Bank - Judea
and Samaria as their new State. They also fail to inform the world, that the Arab states expelled over a million Jews
from their countries, confiscated all their assets, businesses, homes and Real
estate (120,000 sq. km. 5-6 times the size of Israel, valued in the trillions
of dollars) most Jewish refugees from Arab countries were resettled in Greater
    Israel.
    The Arab-Palestinians have a
state, it is called Jordan, which about 75% of its citizens are
Arab-Palestinians Jordanian citizens and possess a Jordanian citizenship. While
the British as trustee for the Jewish people managed the Mandate for Palestine, the British violated the trust and created The State
of Jordan for the Arabs in the early 1920's. The British took about 80% of
Jewish allocated land which included most of the east Bank of the Jordan river under the San Remo Treaty of 1920 which adopted the
Balfour Declaration of 1917 and gave it to the Arabs, in violation of the
    treaty.
    The Arab-Palestinians do not
want a state, they have to date and are only interested in the destruction of Israel. Their Charters, Schooling and Media (brainwash) educates
and promotes hate, terror and violence towards the Jewish State. An Arab-Palestinian State would have to act responsibly and abide by world
criteria of a responsible state, which they cannot adhere to.

    The U.N. Antisemitism agenda.
This is all smoke and mirrors.
The history of the U.N. in relationship to Israel which affects antisemitism worldwide, has been shameful and catastrophic.
When you have an organization where a substantial part of its members are adamantly anti Israel and promote her destruction.
Members who spew hate and violence.
Members who consistently vote against Israel without justification or humane logic.
An organization that finances terrorism and helps Hamas and its ilk to hide weapons and launch missiles from U.N. facilities against innocent civilians, men, women and children.
Look at the history of U.N. resolutions against Israel and the resolutions against the terrorists organization confronting Israel.
The U.N. an organization that is extremely biased against Israel.

  10. There Was Never A Country
    Called Palestine
If you consider Palestine to be a "Sovereign" and "Independent" country
that goes back through most of recorded history as many would have you to
believe, then a few questions need to be answered:
    ·
When was it founded and by whom?
    ·
    What were its borders?
    ·
    What was its capital?
    ·
    Who was the President?
    ·
What was its form of government?
    ·
    What were its major cities?
    ·
What constituted the basis of its economy?
    ·
Who was the Palestinian leader before Yasser Arafat?
    ·
Was Palestine ever recognized by a
country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for
    interpretation?
    ·
What was the language of the country of Palestine?
    ·
What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine?
    ·
What was the name of its currency and what was the
approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US
dollar, German mark, GB pound, or Japanese yen on any particular date?
    ·
And, finally, since there is no such country today, what
caused its demise and when did it occur?
    If these so-called "Palestinians" are
anything but a generic collection of Arabs from all over the rest of the Arab
world and if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right
for self-determination, then why did they never try to become an independent
and sovereign nation until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six
    Day War in 1967?

  11. If you are so interested in Truth and Justice, Peace and Harmony.
Study the history of The region from the beginning of the Ottoman Empire to date.
I have consulted with International lawyers and Jurists.
The Arabs and the world at large can try and twist the facts via false information in the Media utilizing Oil as a political weapon. It will not work.
Israel has offered to build homes for the Arab-Palestinians - the Arab leaders rejected it.
Wake up. They want all of Israel and nothing less.
    The Jewish and Arab Refugee
    resolution
Since the late 1940's the Arab States have expelled over a million
Jewish people. They confiscated their assets, businesses, homes and Real Estate
which is 120,000 Sq, Km. (about 5-6 times the size of Israel) and is valued in the trillions of
dollars. The State of Israel has resettled the majority of the million Jews
expelled from the Arab countries in Greater Israel. The Arabs claim that about
600,000 Arabs were displaced from their homes during the 1948 war. Most of the Arab
population abandoned their homes at the request of the 5 Arab Armies who were
sure to defeat the newly reconstituted Jewish State. About 300,000 Arabs out of
the 600,000 stayed. Now the Arab and Jewish population has increased
dramatically. Many new Arabs have moved into the area, and many new Jews from
the Holocaust and other areas have emigrated to Israel. It is about time that the Arab
countries that expelled over a million Jews should resettle the Arab refugees
in their vast lands. Utilize the funding which is given to the Arab refugees
(instead of using it for weapons and war) to relocate, build housing, schools,
commerce and industry and resolve this tragedy once and for all. This will
bring peace and tranquility to the region.

I am pro peace and coexistence.
If and when the Arabs want to live in peace and harmony, I have promoted and actually exercised myself what I state.
I was in charge of building a five star hotel in Jerusalem, across from the old city of Jerusalem.
Many of the workers were Arabs. Some did fine work and some plugged the new sewer lines with cement and caused damage to the construction.
It is a known fact that the Arabs expelled over a million Jewish people from their Arab countries and confiscated all their assets and land 5 times the size of Israel. Many of those expelled Jews have lived in those Arab countries for close to 2,000 years. Most expelled Jews from Arab countries settled in Greater Israel.
It is time to settle all the Arab refugees in their own Arab lands.

  13. What Is A True Jewish Leader?
The Torah (The Old Testament - Jewish Bible) clearly expresses the true
character traits necessary for leaders of the nation. It is not great
rhetorical skills that helps a person succeed in leading "The Nation of
Israel". The gift of self-expression is not a necessary component in the
    skill set of national leaders.
A Jewish leader is one who is meant to represent the nation as a whole,
externally and internally. Expressive ability is no more than an impressive
external trait that occasionally has the power to cover an internal void. That
is not what sets apart the leader of the Jewish nation. A Jewish leader must
have the ability to withstand external pressures and protect his people and the
    Jewish nation at all times.
The Jewish nation that appeared on the stage of history thousands of years ago
did not begin as a nation with an impressive external appearance. On the
contrary for long periods the Jewish people lacked military and political
capabilities. However, since its inception, the Jewish nation has represented a
huge world of moral, ethical and just values. Values which the entire world
learned, some more and some less, and spread to cultures everywhere throughout
    the world .
A leader of the Jewish nation is not meant to stand out as having an impressive
external appearance but, rather, a significant internal appearance that also
expresses the special characteristics of Jewish culture and humility. Moses
(Moshe in Hebrew) was “heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue” yet he led the
Jewish people out of Egypt following hundreds of years of slavery and
oppression. Moses was the one who led the Jewish people during their exodus
from Egypt and were attacked by various nations. Hence, the
Jewish people had to learn how to defend themselves and thus, with the help of
the almighty were victorious. The Jewish nation’s first leader Moses signaled
to us by example with his presence and leadership, the correct path and the
worthy considerations which should guide us as we choose our nation’s
    leadership.
A true leader of Israel has to lead from a platform of absolute faith. He cannot be a
politician, only. He has to embrace the history of the Jewish people and Israel. A leader of the Jewish nation has to understand what
the Jewish people had to endure for thousands of years and still endure today
    to survive.
A true leader must act from a foundation of humility and perseverance.
Understanding the welfare of Israel and the Jewish people should be the foremost reason
before any action is taken. The leader must lead by action and example -- not
    by rhetoric.
A faithful Jewish leader must be one who will not compromise Jewish values.
A true leader has to have a vision, fortitude and determination to overcome
    internal and external obstacles!
A true leader must stand relentlessly behind the defenders and supporters of Israel.

Obama is a tragedy to the U.S.
I said that before he was elected.
Obama was an empty suit in Chicago.
He is the same empty suit today.
The New York Times publishes anti Israel
news consistently. I am not surprised.
Media accuracy and unbiased reporting must be enforced r1
It seems the Media cannot regulate itself to present a true and honest reporting.
Responsible and honest reporting has been replaced with ambiguous confusing and
illusory news reports, with no regard to the consequences. Facts and sources
are not properly verified and an inaccurate unsubstantiated news story gets
released to the public, that may cause substantial harm.
Why is the Media not charged with incitement?
Why is the Media not punished for staging a scene? They pay some individuals to
throw stones at soldiers in order to film a reaction and sensationalize the
    episode with distorted
fabricated reports. There are numerous staging of events by the Media that
incite hatred and violence. Should the reporters and their management not be
charged with incitement? Where is the professionalism, neutral and unbiased
    reporting?
What has happened to ethics in Journalism? Has Social Media added a new
dimension to honest reporting? Can we overcome distorted Social Media for
accuracy? How can we verify instant Social Media images from being
photo-shopped? Can we impose responsible Social Media without affecting the
    freedom of speech?
Whether we like it or not, the masses are influenced by the Media, could you
imagine how children and young adults absorb the Media hype, regardless weather
it is truth or illusion.

  15. The Jewish people are not only a national and
political unit. Since their first appearance on the stage of history they have
been the personification of a moral will and the bearers of a historic vision
which they inherited from the prophets of Israel. It is impossible to understand the history of the
Jewish people and their struggle for existence -- both when they were a nation
rooted in their own soil and more or less controlling their own destiny, and
when they were a wandering people, exiled and dispersed -- unless we bear in
mind the unique idea which their history embodies, and the stubborn opposition,
not only physical, political, and military, but also spiritual, moral, and intellectual,
which the Jews have always confronted.

There are laws that will stop you and than there is me/us the IDF that will stop you! We are done being pushed around by anyone. We will fight back and defend ourselves, we will not let the Holocaust repeat itself - NEVER AGAIN.
As it is now, Israel has the Jewish land by right!
    That is just the fact!
I am also telling the rest of the world to mind its own business and stay out of Israel's internal affairs.
They have their own problems to contend with.
They were complicit during WWII when over 6 million Jews, men, women and children were exterminated. This will not happen again!
There is a real status quo that requires energy to make the change!
Are you going to put in the energy to try to change it???
Maybe it is better to cut your losses and accept whatever generous package we the Israelis offer you the Arab-Palestinians, because quite frankly under the current conditions we do not owe the Arab-Palestinians anything and we can just unilaterally set our own legal borders insisting that viable land for real Arab-Palestinians self determination already exists in Jordan which is 80% of Jewish allocated land under the San Remo Treaty of 1920!
The Arab-Palestinian can also relocate to the Jewish land previously owned by the million Jewish people who were expelled and their land confiscated by the Arab countries, the confiscated assets and land which is at least five times the size of Israel and is valued in the trillions of dollars.
Israel has resettled the Jewish refugees from Arab lands. It is time that the Arab countries resettle the Arab-Palestinians refugees, in Jordan which was suppose to be part of the Jewish state, or the 120,000 sq. km. of land that
the Arab countries confiscated from the Jews.
The options we are proposing to the Arab-Palestinians is more than fair, considering you are constantly terrorizing and killing our people every chance you get. That is what you tech your Arab children and masses to do.
It all depends on whether we can see the Arab-Palestinians
as peaceful neighbors and there is nothing that they have ever done to date
that can lead us to believe that they will be good peaceful neighbors!

If you are in a theater and you yell fire, when there is no fire and cause injuries to the audience at large by your yelling fire you have forfeited you right to free speech.
The same applies to anyone who promotes violence, incites the public to violence and sedition, Uses his freedom of speech to promote treason against the State.
Israel has bent over backward in protecting the right to free speech.
It is time for Israel to go on the offensive and utilize its laws to prosecute those who abuse their right to free speech, that right has its limitations.
We must hold Arab-Palestinians accountable for teaching hate, honoring terrorist and celebrating terror attacks.

The Muslims have killed over 50 million people since its inception 1500 years ago, and they will continue to kill anyone who they consider is an infidel. 20. The real Muslim mission.
Israel has no choice but to continue to fight for its survival with a unified people and a unified nation.
I have long said, this is not about land, but extermination of a nation, religion and culture which is not accepted by another. I have actually asked the question, what if there was no 'holy land'. Say a natural disaster, dissolving the place into nothing, but not the people. Would the Arabs still fight? Well, the answer was chilling and emphatic, it saddened me greatly. The answer was over and over, "we have the right to kill all non believers". I have read and re-read everything, from both sides, also, many non-biased writings.
I have come to the conclusion that Israel must protect herself in every way possible or face genocide. The Arab countries have expelled over a million Jewish people, confiscated all their assets, businesses, homes and land totaling over 120,000 sq. km. (which is 5 times the size of Israel) and valued in the trillions of dollars.
Those in power in the Arab-Palestinian leadership have rejected again and again any and all attempts to recognize Israel's right to exist. They continue to teach their children and the masses hate and violence.
Don't start with who was there first, even-though in actuality there has never been in history an Arab-Palestinian Nation, but there has been a Jewish Nation homeland in Palestine-Israel for the past 4,000 plus years, although sometimes occupied by various empires. Israel has won and liberated their ancestral land in a defensive war, it is known that possession is nine tenths of the law. Israel is the rightful liberator and successor, having won and liberated its ancestral homeland in war, numerous times. Sadly, it will continue, because when one Arab culture wants another's elimination, there is no talking.
I hope Israel does not concede to any of the Arab demands, or give up any more land, because they will only make themselves more vulnerable and endanger the safety and security of its citizens, as past experience has proved. Israel must not capitulate to world pressure. Israel's foremost duty and obligation is the safety and security of its citizens at all costs. Any responsible democratic country will do no less. Israel as a responsible democratic country must do the same. The end result will be that the world at large will respect a country that defends its people from terrorism and harm at all cost.

conveniently ignore that Hamas and other Arab Palestinian groups are committed
    to the annihilation of Israel
and of the Jews who live there. For Arab Palestinians, the so-called two-state
solution is simply a political ploy to bring them closer to the explicit goal
of exterminating all Jews in the region. When Israel’s
enemies recognize her as a state with the right to exist, then peace will be
possible. Until then there is nothing to talk about.

who expelled the million Jewish people to resettle the Arab-Palestinian

conflict and end the misery and displacement of the Arab Palestinians. This

to register with the authorities of the region wherein they reside, giving
their names, the exact number of members in their families, their addresses,
the names of their banks and the amounts of their deposits in these banks. This
formality is to be accomplished within seven days.
    2. Beginning with (November 28, 1947), bank accounts of Jews will be frozen. These
funds will be utilized in part or in full to finance the movement of resistance
    to Zionist ambitions in Palestine.
    3. Beginning with (November 28, 1947), only
Jews who are subjects of foreign countries will be considered as "neutrals". These
will be compelled either to return to their countries, with a minimum of delay,
or be considered as Arabs and obliged to accept active service with the Arab
    army.
    4. Jews who accept active service in Arab
armies or place themselves at the disposal of those armies, will be considered as "Arabs".
    5. Every Jew whose activities reveal that he is an active Zionist will be considered as a political prisoner and will be interned in places specifically designated for that purpose by police
authorities or by the Government. His financial resources, instead of being frozen, will be confiscated.
    6. Any Jew who will be able to prove that his activities are anti-Zionist will be free to act as he likes, provided that
he declares his readiness to join the Arab armies.
    7. The foregoing (para.6) does not mean that those Jews will not be submitted to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this law.

Making peace is harder than making war.
Can humanity overcome the urge to make war and pursue peace
Tolerance and peace is a two way street.
If you want peace and economic prosperity, both sides, show your resolve by
taking bold actions, showing your determination to the benefit of all the
people. You can accomplish more with honey than with vinegar.
We must pursue peace with passionate determination and vigor but we must have all parties desire for true
    peace.
A true and lasting peace in Israel and the Middle East will establish an economic prosperity of which the world has never experienced and all the people in the region will benefit from a true peace. Do not waste your
time and money in promoting war and hostility. The people in power must utilize
the resources and manpower to the economic advancement of all the people, this
will promote tranquility in a region that has known strife for centuries. The
leaders have to utilize funding to enhance education and promote innovation.
It is neither a culture of confrontation nor a culture of conflict which builds harmony within and between
peoples, but rather a culture of encounter and a culture of dialogue; this is
the only way to peace. We should require each party in this conflict to listen
to the voice of their own conscience, not to close themselves in solely on
their own interests, but rather to look at each other as brothers and
decisively and courageously to follow the path of encounter and negotiation,
    and so overcome blind conflict.
The “greatest contribution to a sound and continuing peace in the Middle East would result from the
development of trade and other economic relationships between Israel and the
Arab countries. When nations are making progress and peoples’ opportunities for
rising living standards are favorable, it is more likely that they will concern
themselves with constructive achievements rather than with hostility and war.”
“Israel has the talent, technology and skills and by now the experience of dealing with the environment and the resources in the Middle East which are readily transferable. Therefore, it is entirely realistic to expect
prompt and major developments in the Arab countries under peaceful and normal
relations in that region,” “Israel’s economic growth is reasonably assured
under any circumstances but only if she could divert the hundreds of millions
of dollars now devoted to defense efforts could she not only speed her own
development but also play a positive role in helping the economic expansion of
    the entire region.”

  33. The U.N. cannot create states, it can only recommend and so can other nations only recommend and not
create a state that never existed before in history. If they want an Arab-Palestinian
state, it already exists, it is Jordan which has taken 80% of Jewish allocated land.
In 1947, the UN Gen. Assembly passed Resolution 181 recommending the partition of Palestine. This did not create the State of Israel. The General Assembly does not create countries, make laws, or alter the Mandates (Mandates were a big brother system for setting up independent countries to be led by its
native populations, with historic national connections to the territories). The
Partition plan, was merely a recommendation. The resolution also violated
Article 5 of the Mandate for Palestine and therefore it also violated Article 80 of the UN
Charter. It was therefore an illegal resolution. What we call the State of
Israel, along with her "legal" borders, was established in April 1920
with the San Remo Resolution. Palestine was created for the first time in history as a
country. It was created as the reconstitution of the Jewish National Home. The
Partition Plan in 1947 was the result of a 1/4 century of illegal British
policy that ripped internationally protected Jewish rights from the Jewish
People, as the British allowed hundreds of thousands of Arabs to pour across
the border from Syria and Egypt into Palestine. The Jewish State's reconstitution was a fact 25
years before the UN existed. The Mandate was there to protect its
survival, and it was terminated, not because the terms were completed, but
because the British fled with their tails between their legs, and there was no
one there to administer the Mandate.

the 5 million (or whatever ridiculous number there are alleged to
be) ‘Arab-Palestinian refugees’ or the ‘Arab-Palestinian Diaspora’. There
were about 600,000 Arabs that left their homes in 1948, mostly of their
own volition, more or less at the same time as the over 990,000 Jewish
refugees from Arab countries, of which the Arabs confiscated their homes
and land (which is 4 times the size of Israel) and assets totaling over 15
trillion dollars. We resettled ours with limited land and resources —
resettle yours (on the land and homes you confiscated from the Jewish people),
the 21 Arab states have more land and resources. The Arab dis-information
    must be ignored and countered.
    We are tired of hearing
anything from anyone associated with the U.N. The U.N. is a parasitic and
criminal enterprise dominated by our mortal enemies. The U.N. cannot
create states, it can only recommend and so can other nations only recommend
and not create a state that never existed before in history. If they want
an Arab-Palestinian state, it already exists, it is Jordan which has taken 80% of Jewish allocated land.
They also have the land the Arabs Countries confiscated from the Jewish people
which is 5-6 times the size of Israel.
We are tired of stupid post-colonialist rhetoric.
We are not ‘colonists’ and Arabs do not have the right to murder us in the
name of ‘resistance’ or beheading Jewish Rabbi’s in Jerusalem’s Har Nof
Synagogue. Talking this way reveals you as moral imbeciles. They train
their children to be suicide bombers and terrorists. The Arabs are the
colonialists, they have colonized the whole Middle East.

  35. The San Remo Treaty of 1920 States that the Mandate for Palestine is for the Jewish people, that included the East bank of the Jordan river which is now Jordan, Gaza and the Golan Heights.
In 1922 The British in violation of the San Remo treaty of 1920. The British in order to retain control of the oil in the Middle East, violated their trusteeship for the Jewish people and stabbed the Jewish people in the back by giving away 80% of the land originally allocated to the Jewish people.
If you read the San Remo treaty of 1920 it clearly States the Mandate for Palestine is for the Jewish people. It does not state or list any other nation to be set up on the Mandate for Palestine.
These very same Allied World powers assigned 21 Arab State after WWI when the Ottoman Empire formally surrendered their ownership and title to the land to the Allied powers.

  36. Neither the U.N. nor any Country in the world has the authority to create a state or dissolve a state, (check the U.N. charter and international law.)
The U.N. cannot create states, it can only recommend and so can other nations only recommend and not create a state that never existed before in history. If they want an Arab-Palestinian state, it already exists, it is Jordan which has taken 80% of Jewish allocated land.
In 1947, the UN Gen. Assembly passed Resolution 181 recommending the partition of Palestine. This did not create the State of Israel. The General Assembly does not create countries, make laws, or alter the Mandates (Mandates were a big brother system for setting up independent countries to be led by its native populations, with historic national connections to the territories). The
Partition plan, was merely a recommendation.
The resolution also violated Article 5 of the Mandate for Palestine and therefore it also violated Article 80 of the UN Charter. It was therefore an illegal resolution.
What we call the State of Israel, along with her "legal" borders, was established in April 1920 with the San Remo Resolution of 1920. Palestine was created for the first time in history as a country. It was created as the reconstitution of the Jewish National Home. The Partition Plan in 1947 was the result of a 1/4 century of illegal British policy (The English were a trustee for the Jewish people, but they violated that trust. the British wanted to control the Oil in the Middle East, for that they betrayed the Jewish people) that ripped internationally protected Jewish rights from the Jewish People, as the British allowed hundreds of thousands of Arabs to pour across the border from Syria and Egypt into Palestine.
The Jewish State's reconstitution was a fact 25 years before the UN existed. The Mandate was there to protect its survival, and it was terminated, not because the terms were completed, but because the British fled with their tails between their legs, and there was no
one there to administer the Mandate.
Does anyone think that after the Ottoman Empire surrendered and relinquished its rights title and ownership to Palestine and other territories to the Allied powers after WWI and the Allied powers set up and established 21 Arab States and one Jewish State. The 21 Arab State do not want to relinquish or redraw its boundaries and Israel does not want to concede any of its original boundaries set up in 1920 which included the Palestine Mandate. Non of the Palestinian Mandate was allocated to the Arabs in the 1920 San Remo Treaty.
The U.N. and the other countries must take into account and address the expulsion of over a million Jewish people from the Arab countries and the confiscation of land owned by Jewish people in the Arab countries, totaling 120,000 sq. km. (4 times the size of Israel) valued at over 15 trillion dollars and other personal assets confiscated by the Arabs countries totaling over 990 billion dollars.
The Jewish people resettled the million Jewish refugees from the Arab countries. It is about time the Arab countries who expelled the million Jewish people and confiscated their land and assets, must settle the Arab-Palestinian refugees once and for all without compromising Israel and bring about peace and tranquility to the region.

  37. Israel has not elected a leader (Prime Minister) like Golda Meir (the grandma of Israel)
again. She did not seek personal grandeur and cared about the Jewish
people and Israel as if they were her own family. Her mission was to protect Israel and its
people. She was heartbroken after the 1973 Yom Kippur War because of the many
Jews killed and injured she considered them part of her family and she died
carrying guilt for them to her grave.
Israel needs a leader who can unify the country as much as possible and can withstand the
world’s pressure on Israel. One that cares more about the Israeli people than world opinion and does away with
his/her self perceived historical legacy. Capitulation to world pressure
only increases the unreasonable demands and pressure by Israel’s adversaries.
When the world at large sees that Israel ignores its
unjustified pressure and meddling in Israel's internal
affairs more demands are brought to bear. The world will learn to respect
that Israel adheres to the needs and security of its people above all.
The Arab’s "Oil as a political weapon" is
diminishing quickly. In the new era oil prices are dropping drastically
and the United State is again the largest Oil producing country in the world while Israel enters the
energy market with its newly found huge Natural Gas and Oil.
Israel needs a leader like Golda Meir. One that offers no more concessions, no more
appeasement, just hard core actions to protect the people of Israel at all
costs and bring about peace and tranquility to the nation of Israel.
Ben Gurion in 1947-1948 defied world pressure and
    especially the United States threats.
His main concern was the safety of the Jewish people and the state of Israel. Do we have
a leader today that can act like David Ben Gurion acted in 1947-48. Had Ben
Gurion not defied world pressure in 1947-48 there would be no Israel today.
An Israeli leader to day must do the same or there will be no Israel in the future.

  38. Oil as a political weapon
The Middle East's declining strategic importance is likely to affect Israel-U.S. relations, which would change once the U.S. no longer needs the region's oil, thus significantly diminishing the Arab nations' clout.
The U.S. withdrawal strategies from the region may even affect how the Middle Eastern countries band together against common enemies.
Israel is the strongest and most stable country in the region, and it has proved itself to be a reliable ally, but it is still plagued by the ongoing conflict with the Palestinians.
It is the ratio between any progress made in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, the volume of regional threats, and the scope of mutual interests -- defeating radical Islam, a nuclear Iran and prolonged unrest -- that will eventually dictate the nature of the relationships Israel forges in a theater from which the U.S. is seeking slowly but surely to distance itself.
Israel is becoming an energy powerhouse with new discoveries of Natural Gas and Shale Oil.
Israel's current reserves of Natural Gas is the largest in the Middle East.

  39. Article 80 of the UN Charter,
once known unofficially as the Jewish People’s clause, which preserves intact
all the rights granted to Jews under the Mandate for Palestine, even after the Mandate’s expiry on May 14-15, 1948. Under this provision of international law (the
Charter is an international treaty), Jewish rights to Palestine and the Land of
Israel were not to be altered in any way unless there had been an
intervening trusteeship agreement between the states or parties concerned,
which would have converted the Mandate into a trusteeship or trust territory.
The only period of time such an agreement could have been concluded under
Chapter 12 of the UN Charter was during the three-year period from October 24,
1945, the date the Charter entered into force after appropriate ratifications,
until May 14-15, 1948, the date the Mandate expired and the State of Israel was
proclaimed. Since no agreement of this type was made during this relevant
three-year period, in which Jewish rights to all of Palestine may conceivably
have been altered had Palestine been converted into a trust territory, those Jewish
rights that had existed under the Mandate remained in full force and effect, to
which the UN is still committed by Article 80 to uphold, or is prohibited from
    altering.
As a direct result of Article 80, the UN cannot
transfer these rights over any part of Palestine, vested as they are in the Jewish People, to any
non-Jewish entity, such as the “Palestinian Authority.” Among the most
important of these Jewish rights are those contained in Article 6 of the
Mandate which recognized the right of Jews to immigrate freely to the Land
of Israel and to establish settlements thereon, rights which
are fully protected by Article 80 of the UN Charter.
