Media accuracy and unbiased reporting must be enforced - YJ Draiman

Media accuracy and unbiased reporting must be enforced
It seems the Media cannot regulate itself to present a true and honest reporting.
Responsible and honest reporting has been replaced with ambiguous confusing and illusory news reports,
with no regard to the consequences. Facts and sources are not properly verified
and an inaccurate unsubstantiated news story gets released to the public, that
may cause substantial harm. Some stories are intentionally staged for the
camera
What has happened to ethics in Journalism? Has Social Media added a new dimension to honest reporting? Can we overcome distorted Social Media for accuracy? How can we verify instant Social Media
images from being photo-shopped? Can we impose responsible Social Media without
affecting the freedom of speech?
Whether we like it or not, the masses are influenced by the Media, could you imagine how
children and young adults absorb the Media hype, regardless weather it is truth
or illusion. The damage is long term and may not be reversible. Children are
very impressionable, they think what they see on TV emulate real life, which we
know is distorted and make believe, they carry these illusions as reality which
affects their future adversely.
The Media reporting must be neutral, unbiased, balanced, objective and impartial. Violators should be
subject to fines and criminal charges if people suffer due to intentional
distortion of reports or intentionally slanted to deceive or promote favoritism
that escalates into violence and or cause harm and or financial loss.
When a Media outlet intentionally distorts and misinforms the news and events, it should forfeit
the right to free speech and free press and face the music.
In the past decades Media outlets have expanded the creation of sensationalism to promote readership and
revenues. These types of reports many times intentionally distorts the facts
and true dimension of the report. Thus creating more dissention and crisis that
leads to violence and death.
It seems that the Media today has no emotion, no compassion. Much of the news is choreographed for the sake
of sensationalism and rating. Which comes down to dollars and financial gain.
Society today is so hungry for money, power, instant gratification and glamour.
Is there a chance of going back to honor, honesty, integrity and fighting for truth and justice the old
American way. Overcoming false showmanship and artificial presentation.
Broadcasting truth and reality, thereby regaining public trust in the Media?
This very same rebuke and standards must be applied to our elected government officials.
A change for the better must be initiated and it must start at the top.

P.S. “The biases the media
has are much bigger than conservative or liberal. They're about getting
ratings, about making money, about doing stories that are easy to cover and
keeping us in a uproar.”
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.
When is the Media and the government going to come clean and inform the public the honest truth without
any bias and distortion.

Jews are from Judea; Arabs are from Arabia. The Jews are the indigenous people of this land; Arabs are the colonizers. Jews are the people of Judea, Samaria, Jerusalem, Galilee and Golan. We have been invaded by the Greeks, the Romans, the Arabs and the Crusaders, but our link to the land has never been broken. We
have resided without interruption in this land for over three thousand years.
We have built the cities and every square meter holds archaeological remains
from our ancient kingdoms. During the two thousand years when most Jews lived
in exile, we never forgot where we came from. This was, is, and will be our
nation’s sacred land forever.
Meanwhile, there never existed an Arab Palestinian nation or a country. It is a
complete hoax. There never was a Palestinian Arab king or government of this
land; there were no famous Palestinian poets, philosophers, generals; no
distinct language, no architecture, no inventions, no battles, indeed, no
mention of the “Palestinian” Arab people in any history book written before
1960. Arabs from neighboring countries started immigrating into Palestine in the late 19th century to take advantage
of the infrastructure and jobs created by the newly invigorated Jewish people.
They came for the same reasons that Mexicans cross the border into the U.S. and that Muslims have flocked to Europe. They came in great numbers seeking a
better life than in their Arab lands.
During these years the Arabs dwelling in Israel were simply “Arabs” and, when the term
“Palestinian” was used, it always referred to the Jews! The Arabs residing in Israel began to pass themselves off as the
ancient native peoples of this land. They invented the name, “The West Bank,”
for our provinces of Judea
and Samaria. Today they even claim that Jesus was a
Palestinian prophet and that the Jews never lived in this land. They have
developed this pseudo-history to dupe the world into believing that their
racist terror campaign against the Jews is a national liberation struggle!
The Arabs’ genocidal military assaults on the Jewish state failed repeatedly,
so today they are using propaganda and diplomatic maneuvers in their efforts to
destroy us. The Arabs have the power of huge territory and oil money, but we
have truth on our side. We live in our homeland, and only we have a legitimate
claim to this land—legally, morally, and historically. We will never let Arab
squatters and imposters steal our birthright. As people of good will around the
world learn the truth, they will stand with the people of Israel.
Our European friends should be able to understand this, since they are
witnessing a replay of the same scenarios in their countries. Arriving as poor
immigrants looking for jobs, just like in Palestine, once their numbers grow, radical Muslims
take control and seek to impose their worldview and values wherever they live.
From Berlin to Barcelona, from Marseille to Malmo, from Amsterdam to Athens they sow intolerance and hatred toward
their host nations. They impose their Sharia laws, homophobia and ill-treatment
of women. Will Europeans be surprised when Arab Muslims start claiming that
they alone are the native inhabitants of these lands? After all, they have
gained experience and expertise in creating alternate realities during their
aggression against the indigenous peoples of Israel.

  1. Israel must stay strong,
united and determined to preserve and maintain an unparalleled security, a
robust economy that is able to withstand violence and political pressure, it is
imperative that Israelis be united and stay united, under one overwhelming
strong unity government that will drive the country's security and safety up
and the price of basic staples down. Develop its energy sources to be energy
independent. Israel must be a country that will be able to stand up to anti-Israel
propaganda, to the rising anti-Semitism, to the political pressure and to the
constant de-legitimization and demonization of the nation state of the Jewish
people, Israel. Remember, a unified and strong Israel means a strong and undeterred
entire Jewish nation with ability to support the country and its citizens.
    I advocate that the citizens
of Israel be smart, elect smart, demand, with resolve, from your elected politicians
to deliver on their promises and to keep the country strong and safe; do not
let it be weakened under the new Israel's 5th column, the Left, whether it is
the High Court, and other entities, the politicians of all sort and even worse,
the media and the citizens who delude themselves and refuse to face reality,
facts and truth, based on past history.
Fight for the soul of our
country. Fight for our heritage and our Jewish cause, which is for the Jews a
nationalist, political and culture movement that supports the reestablishment
of a Jewish homeland in the ancestral territory defined as the historic Land of
    Israel.
We have a country to sustain
and protect from external and internal enemies. We have a country to protect
from the barrages of rockets and missiles that can reach every corner of the
country. We have to protect our citizens from suicide bombers, terror and
violence. We need a country that can stand up, with dignity and pride, to world
pressure. It is imperative to be united
at time of war. But Israel must also be united to sustain achieve its continued
    survival, peace and prosperity.

  2. An ingenious example of speech and politics
occurred recently in the United Nations Assembly and made the world community
    smile.
    A representative from Israel
began: "Before beginning my talk I want to tell you something about
    Moses."
"When he struck the rock and it brought forth water, he thought, 'What a
good opportunity to have a bath!' He then removed all his clothes, put them
aside on the rock and entered the water. When he got out and wanted to dress,
    his clothes had vanished.
    A Palestinian had stolen them."
The Palestinian representative jumped up furiously and shouted, "What are
you talking about? The Arab-Palestinians weren't there then."
The Israeli representative smiled and said, "And now that we have made

  3. A nuclear Iran is something the Middle East should deter at all costs.
Regionally, a nuclear arms race is highly likely to occur with Saudi Arabia and Egypt as the first regional powers to follow suit.
The ensuing result, a Middle East with several nuclear powers, would thus annul any
illusions of establishing a ‘balance of terror’. Moreover, a nuclear Iran is expected to behave more aggressively – subverting neighbors
and supporting terrorists such as Hezbollah, Hamas and others. Could you
imagine a terrorist, to make a point has a back-pack with a nuclear device or
dirty bomb and he explodes it in mid Manhattan in New York. Finally, As Iran is consistently threatening to destroy Israel and since Israel is historically prone to pre-emption and is preparing
for an attack, an Israeli response would materialize in a military strike and
could cause war in the Middle East. The West – namely the US – is faced with only unappealing choices: war, capitulation, or containment, of which none is likely to lead to a more stable Middle East. In sum, a nuclear Iran will further destabilize the Middle East and may bring about WWIII..

  4. The hatred and incitement are so engrained in Palestinians’ very being, that everything is permissible, including butchering innocent children. Everything is justified, including using one’s own children and civilians as live shields. It is the duty of each believing Muslim to engage in a holy war against the Zionists who defile the Arab land called Palestine.
This culture of death is so infected that there is only one pill to rid the affected body of it. What is done to administer that pill? Who will administer it?
One would expect Israel, whose body is ailing, to attempt to take care of itself. Alas, Israel and the Jewish communities around the world are embroiled in a culture of constant debate on behalf of the Palestinians, completely oblivious to any damage they thus cause to themselves.
Expecting the world to be aware of their position on the Palestinian problems has been, and will continue to be, a costly mistake. The Palestinians are not interested to engage in a peace process, nor will they recognize the Jewish State’s right to exist. The world ignores this reality and Israel fails to present its case.
Israel behaves like a woman and the world is a man. A woman who expects a man to read her thoughts and anticipate her every need without clearly and directing stating it aloud, is in a constant state of frustration and loss. The world able to read Israel’s mind, are you kidding me?
The fact there is no cohesive plan and message with regard to the United Nations fiasco about to occur in September is a disgrace to diplomacy and a deadly mistake. The best defense is a good offense. It is time for Israel to go on the offensive in a big way.
There should already be a long and sustained outcry from Prime Minister Netanyahu regularly against the danger of usurping Israeli lands and their rightful capital. He should make quite clear to the world what will happen if any such attempts to take such lands proceed.
Standing by and waiting for the world to chime in and read Israel’s mind about this egregious plan has never worked in the past, and with the advent of a pro Palestinian government in Washington it is a deadly miscalculation.
The world has never stood up for the Jewish people until it affected them directly. The U.S. refused to enter World War II until it was no longer possible to refrain from combat.
What makes Israel believe it will be any different this time?
Israel’s enemies know the value of repeating lies and untruths over and over until the world accepts them as true. Yet, Jewish leaders stand idly by watching as the world’s opinion turns against the Jewish State.
There must be a continual response to these lies. Our enemy’s words only resonate because we allow them to do so.
The words No, No, No, that is a lie and here is why, should be Israel’s battle cry going forward. No propaganda can go unanswered. No historical rewrites can be allowed to stand in for the truth.
Until Israel gets its message together and stops worrying about what the world thinks, it will be seen as a weak and tiresome country. No one will defend someone who will not defend himself. No one respects a wimp, and as we are all told continually, “the world loves a winner.” Until Israel acts like a winner, it continues to be the loser.
Lack of communication is creating untold problems for the State of Israel.
We need strong voices in unison to combat the lies and agenda of destruction or we are doomed. It is time the Jewish people spoke in one long and loud voice to save their country and their homeland.

Then all that has divided us will merge
And then compassion will be wedded to power
And then softness will come to a world that is harsh and unkind
And then both men and women will be gentle
And then both women and men will be strong
And then no person will be subject to another's will
And then all will be rich and free and varied
And then the greed of some will give way to the needs of many
And then all will share equally in the earth's abundance
And then all will care for the sick and the weak and the old
And then all will nourish the young
And then all will cherish life's creatures
And then all will live in harmony with each other and with the earth
And everywhere will be called Eden, once again.

  6. Moral and ethical bankruptcy
Americans are finding a grotesque echo in the moral – ethical bankruptcy and
worse of a substantial sector of American society.
The "moral depravity" of "the Arabs" who kill innocent
civilians. It is more than moral depravity. It is a culture that teaches,
educates and breeds hate toward other societies that are not like them as they
    say "infidels".
There is no way this situation should be handled with kid gloves – when a
poison strikes your body, you remove it and destroy it completely, leaving
    no trace of such poison.
History has shown that these types of atrocities and acts of barbarism have
increased in the past half a century and getting worse by the day.
With today's advancement in technology and telecommunications, the world has
shrunk, events on the other side of the world affect everybody (like the
Japanese Nuclear reactor fallout, ISIS barbaric acts,
etc.) it affects our health our economy, brings fear and uncertainty to our
    lives.
The financial crisis we are facing today is the price we pay for years of
neglect and government abuse of power.
Is today's society heading toward annihilation, you be the judge?

The reason for the rise in AntiSemitism is the nature of the beast. Look back at history. The world did not need an excuse for hate, violence, discrimination, pogroms and more.
There would of been much less criticism of Israel, if Israel defended itself properly without appeasing the Arabs and the world at large.

Is it not enough that the British violated the San Remo Treaty of 1920 and took away about 80% of Jewish allocated land on the east bank of the Jordan river and gave it to the Arabs as their new state.
The Jewish State of Israel resettled most of the million Jewish people expelled by the Arabs countries with a limited amount of resources and land. 9. How many holidays do the Arabs celebrate due to historical events in the land of ancient Israel. The Jewish people celebrate most of their holidays and fast days in memory of and the goal and aspiration to return to Israel and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem - where it was before it was destroyed and

of years recite the love of Israel and the Jewish aspirations to return to

unreserved. Israel’s legitimacy is not suspended in midair
awaiting acknowledgement. . . .There is certainly no other state, big or small,

impose so much stress on the enemy that he loses the will to fight. A war of
terror has the same intent, but with a singularly insidious twist: the enemy
can be anybody, anywhere. He is without uniform or identification. His targets
are random. His weapon is fear. He knows no constraints. He comes in all
guises, often in the dress of his victims. He seeks
to shatter nerves and break morale by flaunting the impotence of the
authorities to protect their people. He uses his own women and children as his
shield. He seeks to goad the defender into ever-harsher counter measures so as
to stoke the general hate. He goes all-out to sow despair and to brutalize the
agitated hearts of the other side. And in so doing, he strives to corrupt the
defender's military professionalism and discipline through combat stress,
demoralization, fatigue, boredom and overkill, the very things we've been

to diligently encourage and promote close Jewish settlement of the land of Israel, thereby
realizing the principles set out by the San Remo Treaty of

original Mandate document. In 1922 in violation of the treaty, the British gave
away 80% of the land allocated to the Jewish people and gave it to the Arabs to
set-up a state that never existed in history. (The British wanted to protect
their oil interests). After WWI, The Allied powers set up 21 Arab states and
one Jewish state in the Mandate for Palestine at the San Remo Treaty of
1920. There was no allocation of the Mandate for Palestine to any other
people or nation, only the Jewish people.
    In

  15. The Arab Palestinians should take a lead from Israel. Utilize the funding from the international community to improve education, housing and industry. Could you imagine where they would be if they spent the billions in aid to promote education and growth. Instead of promoting and educating hate and destruction and utilizing the funds to buy weapons to advance terror and destruction. It is time to put down the weapons and take in their hands the pic and shovel and build an economy instead of hate and destruction. Their leaders abuse them to no end, but the world chooses to turn a blind eye.

  16. The establishment of the Palestinian Authority should serve as a "guide to the
bewildered" of the grave risks posed by such an Arab State, which may
eventually lead to the destruction of the Jewish State. Any land for peace
compromise by Israel has made the situation worse. Sadly, appeasement and concessions by Israel only
aggravated the situation and increased violence. Israel must stand
its ground, resist unjust world pressure and protect its citizens at all costs.
Any concessions by Israel will only make the situation worse and bring about more violence and death, as the past experience has proven. The Summer of 2014 Gaza war only reaffirms the conviction that Israel must not
under any circumstances concede any territory to the Arabs.

times the size of Israel) valued in the trillions of dollars.
The Jewish people resettled the million Jewish refugees from the Arab countries. It
is about time the Arab countries who expelled the million Jewish people and
confiscated their assets and land, must settle the Arab-Palestinian refugees
once and for all without compromising Israel and bring
about peace and tranquility to the region.

  17. Government corruption has been defined as the abuse of public power for private gain. Such abuse has a long history. For example, the Bible includes a law prohibiting bribery in judicial cases, showing that the practice was already well-known over 3,500 years ago. Of course, corruption involves more than just accepting bribes. Corrupt public officials sometimes appropriate goods, take advantage of services to which they are not entitled, or even steal funds outright. They may also use their position to favor their friends and relatives unfairly.
While corruption can exist in any human organization, it seems that corruption in government is the worst. The 2013 Global Corruption Barometer, published by Transparency International, reported that people worldwide have the perception that the five most corrupt institutions are political parties, the police, public officials, the legislature, and the judiciary.

  18. Fourteen years ago, on a second try, the World Trade Center came down. on September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorists attacked the United States, we lost over 3,000 innocent lives. Since that tragic day, we have been engaged in a war on terror. Through the sacrifices of countless brave men and women in uniform and the work of our intelligence agencies, many of those responsible for the 9-11 attacks have been brought to justice, including its mastermind, Osama bin Laden. This led some to prematurely declare victory over terrorism, even at the highest levels of our government.
Now ISIS has reminded us that the world remains a dangerous place. Through their horrific actions – including the barbaric beheadings of American journalists and Iraqi men, women, and children – ISIS has demonstrated that the threat continues. Terrorism is growing world wide, the brutal killing of 12 people in France and the subsequent deaths of additional hostages, demonstrate that our resolve to eradicate terrorism is not strong enough and not cohesive enough to make a substantial difference. In fact, some experts believe the danger from terrorism is as great as it has been at any point since before 9/11. That threat requires a strong response.
First, we must develop a comprehensive and robust strategy to defeat radical Islamic terrorism, no matter where it appears or what name it goes by. By not having such a plan in place for ISIS and by dismissing them rather than the serious national security threat they are we are failing in our responsibility to protect our citizens and the nation.
Ignoring or minimizing a problem will not make it go away.
It is time for some serious action.

  19. Fighting terrorism is not unlike fighting a deadly cancer. It can
not be treated just where it is visible - every diseased cell in the body must be destroyed.

  20. Israel has been in existence for over 4,000 years,
it was reconstituted By the San Remo Treaty of 1920 which allocated Palestine to the Jewish people as its ancestral homeland. The Arab Palestinians have never had a homeland or State in History.
The British in violation of the San Remo Treaty of 1920, gave away to the Arabs
80% of the territory allocated to the Jewish people - named Jordan, which
historically has been Jewish land for over 4,000 years.
The U.N. cannot create states, it can only recommend and so can other nations only recommend
and not create a state that never existed before in history. If they want an
Arab-Palestinian state, it already exists, it is Jordan which has taken 80% of Jewish allocated
    land.
In 1947, the UN Gen. Assembly passed Resolution 181 recommending the partition of Palestine. This did not create the State of Israel.
The General Assembly does not create countries, make laws, or alter the
Mandates (Mandates were a big brother system for setting up independent countries
to be led by its native populations, with historic national connections to the
    territories).
The Partition plan, was merely a recommendation.
The resolution also violated Article 5 of the Mandate for Palestine and therefore it also violated Article 80
of the UN Charter. It was therefore an illegal resolution.
What we call the State of Israel, along with her "legal" borders, was established in
April 1920 with the San Remo Resolution of 1920. Palestine was created for the first time in history
as a country. It was created as the reconstitution of the Jewish National Home.
The Partition Plan in 1947 was the result of a 1/4 century of illegal British
policy (The English were a trustee for the Jewish people, but they violated
that trust. the British wanted to control the Oil in the Middle East, for that
they betrayed the Jewish people) that ripped internationally protected Jewish
rights from the Jewish People, as the British allowed hundreds of thousands of
Arabs to pour across the border from Syria and Egypt into Palestine.
The Jewish State's reconstitution was a fact 25 years before the UN existed. The Mandate was there
to protect its survival, and it was terminated, not because the terms were
completed, but because the British fled with their tails between their legs,
and there was no one there to administer the Mandate.
Does anyone think that after the Ottoman Empire surrendered and relinquished its rights title and ownership to Palestine and other territories to the Allied powers after WWI and the Allied powers set up and established 21 Arab States and one Jewish State. The 21 Arab State do not want to relinquish or redraw its boundaries and Israel does not want to concede any of its original boundaries set up in 1920 which included the Palestine Mandate. Non of the Palestinian Mandate was allocated to the Arabs in the 1920 San Remo Treaty.
The U.N. and the other countries must take into account and address the expulsion of over a
million Jewish people from the Arab countries and the confiscation of assets,
businesses, homes and land owned by Jewish people in the Arab countries,
totaling 120,000 sq. km. (which is 5 times the size of Israel) valued in the trillions of dollars.

Neither the U.N. nor any Country in the world has the authority to create a state or dissolve a
state, (check the U.N. charter and international law.)
