The 1920 SAN REMO Treaty which legally allocated the entire Palestine Mandate to the Jewish people and the exclusive political rights - YJ Draiman

The 1920 SAN REMO Treaty which legally allocated the entire Palestine Mandate to the Jewish people and the exclusive political rights. It also designated the British as
trustee for the Jewish people until the
Jews were capable to take over their ancestral land.
The Arabs were also assigned 21 States by the same Allied Powers. If you
question the borders of Israel you must question and redraw the borders of the 21
Arab states and return Jordan to be part of Israel as originally Mandated by the San Remo Treaty.
The Arabs have no legal, historical or moral claim on any part of Greater
Israel including Greater Jerusalem. There has never been an Arab-Palestinian
government in Greater Israel
Under Israeli Law, Jerusalem Has been an open city to all religions, contrary to
the situation during Jordanian rule which prohibited Jews.
Any and all religions are protected under Israeli laws. Any one can practice
without been disturbed.
Mahmoud Abbas the leader of the Palestinian Authority, has stated that if (g-d
forbid) there is an Arab- Palestinian State in the West
Bank (Judea
and Samaria), including today, any Arab who sells land to a Jew
will be executed. Mahmoud Abbas specifies, that no Jew will be allowed to live
in Arab-Palestine.
All the while Israel is branded by many as an "Apartheid State", it does not matter that Israel has over 2 million Arabs living within its autonomy
and has Arab Members in its Parliament, plus numerous liberties that Arabs do
not have in their own states.
It is mind bugling that the World at large support this Abbas, the liar and
holocaust denier, Abbas the Arab-Palestinian leader who is a terrorist himself
(The Munich Massacre and the Achille Lauro cruise ship hijacking and murder
among his crimes), who preaches and teaches his people from infancy to hate,
terrorize and commit violence and mayhem.
If the Arab-Palestinians are dissatisfied living under Israel's Autonomy, they can relocate to the million Jewish
homes that were confiscated by the Arab countries when the Arabs forcefully
ejected the Jews from their homes of over 1000 years, or they can move to Jordan.
Only a treaty signed by both nations can modify the San Remo Treaty of 1920
that granted the Mandate of Palestine to the Jewish people and not the United
Nations or any other Nation can change those terms, which are valid in
perpetuity. A treaty was signed between Israel and Egypt and another treaty was signed between Israel and Jordan.
I am sure that if a true peace and coexistence can be achieved between the
Jewish nations and the Arabs. The economic prosperity that will ensue, will be
of a magnitude that no one can imagine. When you utilize the knowledge, the
technology, the resources and the labor force in the are and work as a cohesive
force, sky is the limit.
I urge those who can put their prejudice and bias aside, to take the lead in
pursuing peace and economic prosperity for all the people in the Middle East. I know it is not an easy task, many have tried and failed. For the
sake of humanity, we can never give-up.

water, about eight minutes without air, but only for one second without
hope"

San Remo Conference and its resulting Resolution cannot be overstated.
For the first time in history, Palestine became a legal entity in 1920, notwithstanding the
wishful thinking of the Arabs who now call themselves "Arab-Palestinians."
The Jewish people became the national beneficiary (self-determination) of the
trust awarded to the British under the Mandate, a "sacred trust of
civilization" according to Article 22 of the Covenant of the League.
Sovereignty in Palestine (de jure) was vested in the Jewish people but was
kept in abeyance for the duration of the Mandate. The acquired legal title in Palestine by the Jewish people cannot be revoked by the League
or its successor, the United Nations. These rights are implicitly protected by
Article 80 of the UN Charter and Article 70(1-b) of the Vienna Convention on
the Law of Treaties. They have also been reaffirmed in the Levy Report, which
is still pending adoption since July 2012 (*).
San Remo also marks the end of the longest colonization period
in history. After 1,850 years of Jewish exile from Palestine since the
destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE – and a concurrent succession of
foreign occupiers including Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Crusaders, Mamluks and,
finally, the Ottoman Turks – the Jewish nation was reconstituted in San Remo
(not "created") on the basis of its historical connection, and the
Jewish State was proclaimed 28 years later, in May 1948.
I would not give 1 centimeter
to the Arabs, they have Jordan which was taken from Israel.
I do not think Israel should make the same mistake Ariel Sharon did by vacating Gush Katif -
look at the results, thousands of missiles raining on Israel.
It is time to take off the gloves and dismantle the Palestinian Authority. They
have not lived up-to any of the agreements. Just the opposite, they promote
hate and terrorism.
Israel should eject any Arab who does not abide by rules and
laws of Israel.
Judea and Samaria belong to the Jewish people according to
international law - read the San Remo agreement.
